Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order before it is dispatched for delivery. Once the product has left our warehouse or store, cancellation may not be possible and a return may apply instead under our return policy.
How to Cancel
Contact us at +91 12345 67890 or visit your nearest Agoan store with your order ID. Cancellations initiated through authorized channels are confirmed via SMS or email.
Refund Timeline
For prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch, refunds are credited within 3–5 business days. COD orders cancelled before dispatch incur no charges.
